• The Advantage Fit system features slim, ergonomic insertion handles, providing the surgeon with excellent control over needle passage and mesh placement.
• Needles are inserted transvaginally via the retropubic pathway (behind the pubic symphysis) and exit suprapubically, allowing direct and precise access to the retropubic space.
• The system’s design reduces the risk of bladder perforation while providing accurate placement.
