Description

The International Congress of Pulmonary Diseases, Special Care and Tuberculosis is held every two years by the Center for Education, Research, Treatment of Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases (Dr. Masih Deneshvari Hospital) in Tehran. This congress is held in direct cooperation with Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, European Lung Association (ERS), Spanish International Non-Invasive Ventilation Association, American Lung Association (ATS), Turkish Lung Association (TTS) and World Health Organization (WHO).
Due to the coinciding of National Tuberculosis Day (October 23) and this International Congress, the 27th National Tuberculosis Congress, the Ministry of Health, Medicine and Medical Education will exchange views on the latest state of tuberculosis in the country.
